He is a double post-graduate in social sciences and doctorate in culture studies and has more than 42 years of field experience in social and behavioral sciences research and communication. He served for nearly twenty years in academic institutions and 6 years in Europe as a senior fellow of UNESCO. He has led several civil society initiatives in health Innovation, research and evaluation, funded by major national and international donor agencies for more than two decades in three continents viz. Asia, Africa and Europe. He has authored 3 books and published more than 65 research articles in national and international journals. Until 2009, he was teaching and training the Post-graduate students of the Public Health Faculty at Jimma University, Ethiopia. Since 2010, he has been mentoring many Civil Society Organizations and Academic Institutes in South Asia & East Africa on social determinants of health and allied sectors in achieving the set targets of 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) by 2030. Besides all these, he is engaged in several advocacy activities and policy initiatives at both local and regional levels as well as teaching in Indian universities as a Visiting Professor.
A qualified Postgraduate inFinancial Management (IGNOU) and with ICWAI(Inter), Ms Dashis a Law graduate withmore than twenty years of experience in social and development sectors.She has previously worked in a very reputed micro-finance company as Finance Manager. She is a business consultant and had enough expertise in both internal and external audits. Starting from loan disbursement to installment collection, the insurance of the beneficiary, liaison with banking institutions like HDFC & NABARD, she had almost worked in every fields of banking and finance. She has thorough knowledge of HR and Administration of large organizations in different parts of the country. She looks after the business development of AIHMS, since its inception and is leading the company at present.
She is double postgraduate in Early Childhood Education and Human Development with a degree in Law. Her proficiency in computers and data management software always contributes to the team of professionals in managing different programs, both in social and development sectors. She has served long years in different Civil Society Organizations doing both long-term and short-term programs in different states of India. Her technical skills in capacity building and evidence generation have made her a leading consultant for many national agencies in the past. She is one of the Directors, since its inception.
He is a health professional working on issues related Health Systems Reforms and Strengthening in India for more than 24 years, is an MBBS, MD (Preventive and Social Medicine) and Post Graduate diploma in Health and Hospital Management, and has provided leadership and directions to large and complex governments and donors funded health care development project in India and across the world. He has been responsible for oversight for program management, strategic vision, fiscal integrity, quality and timing of deliverables, and overall coordination with partners and mentoring of the senior technical experts. He has also served as the liaison between donors, local governments, business community, technical training institutions, Industry Associations, Universities, and other Stakeholders. He has a unique experience of working on designing various policies and technical guidance, implementing them, ensuring service delivery and evaluating those for their efficacy, effectiveness and impact.
She has a M.Phil degree and was a topper in Physical Anthropology fromb Delhi University with Masters in Public Health Nutrition. Professionally, she has complementary work experience in the fields of public health, Anthropology, community and clinical nutrition, in both rural and urban health care settings. She has a work experience of 10 years in various sectors like- All India Institute of Medical Sciences, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, etc. She has been actively and extensively engaged in areas like- Adolescent Health, Non-communicable diseases, Health Promotion, System Strengthening, Maternal and Child Health, etc. She has an expertise of Project Planning, Implementation, Module development, Management, Networking, Training, Report and Documentation.
Dr Rathi is a professionally qualified Medical Epidemiologist with adequate experience of implementation of large and complex public health projects, teachingand research in different parts of South Asia. His major work experiences include: Neuro-developmental Disability among Children in India, Million Death Study, Urban Health and Climate Resilience Study, City Vulnerability Study and Disease Surveillance System. He has also served many renowned national and international institutesin carrying out a variety of projectson diabetes and hypertension, cervical cancer, Hepatitis C and HIV/AIDS. He is also the founder member of Urban Health Society of India.He has several publications in peer-reviewed journals of repute.

University, Odisha, he has more than 30 years of experience in social and development sectors and is an expert in training and capacity building activities in Medical Anthropology and Human Ecology. Dr. Dash was adjudged the Man of the Year (1995) by the American Biographical Institute, Carolina-27622, USA and later on received International Appreciation Certificate for Social Service (2000) by LIONS International President, USA. He has completed many projects and guided a number of doctoral scholars during his illustrious career. He has authored six books and published more than hundreds of articles in both national and international journals. He is a renowned consultant for research and communication initiatives of civil societies and corporate houses.
Dr. Nilkamal Mallik is a post-graduate student in social science and doctorate in Anthropology.He has more than 18 years of experience in the field of rural development.He has managed a number of projects on, tribal development, women empowerment, rural poverty alleviation, women and child health, micro entrepreneur development in different not- for- profit organizations. He has coordinated a number of monitoring and evaluation activities, and research projects funded by CARE India, DFID, UNICEF,Panchayat and Rural Development, Govt. of India, Department ofPanchayat and Rural Development, Govt. of West Bengal, etc. He has expertise in high level consultancy services on participatory research, qualitative research, developing training programs on health and nutrition,communication methods,microfinance and portfolio management etc.
He is a Development Consultant with more than 20 years of experience spread across more than 20 States in India and in Bangladesh. He had completed Post Graduation in Rural Management from the Institute of Rural Management, Anand (IRMA) in 1993. He had experience and expertise in thematic areas like livelihoods, micro Finance, Value Chain Development, micro Enterprise Development, Natural Resource Management (NRM), Watershed Development, Agriculture Extension, Sustainable Agriculture and Disaster Management.
Santosh has worked in international / National development Agencies for more than 23 years, and has enough experience in monitoring and evaluation, grant programme management. He has extensive experience in the implementation of grant programmes for EC, British High Commission, ICMR, Action AID, CASA, IGSSS, Community AID Abroad, Government of India and Odisha working with a range of projects and civil society and private sector beneficiaries; he was project manager for LEPRA SAKHYAM Project of European Commission (EC) for implementing the state project to improve the sexual and reproductive health and HIV prevention among the slum dwellers and key vulnerable communities in urban slums of Bhubaneswar city, has provided technical inputs to Designed and developed communication strategy with milestone to measure each of the IEC and BCI activity for the entire slum area and facilitated communication strategy for improved sexual reproductive health of the key vulnerable community.
Mr Nikhil Naskar, is a double Masters from India & UK with nearly 35 years of progressive and proven leadership experience in Organizational Development, Strategic Planning, Human Resource Management and Program Management. He is also a known entity for so many organizations in Eastern and Central India in developing Monitoring and Evaluation Framework and Governance systems for due diligence processes. He possesses strong leadership skills, including the ability to do capacity building of project personnel and is good in quality assurance and accountability of large-scale projects with automation of overall HR and Administrative processes. His skills in assessing of program and financial management systems make him a good team player in any evaluation team.
A rural management post graduate from the XIMB, Mamata has more than 15 years of experience in the development sector. Her work spans the fields of education, entrepreneurship development, livelihoods, technology-enabled financial inclusion, natural resources management, disaster management, gender, health and sanitation, among others. She has worked with several organizations of repute and has also been associated with corporates for CSR interventions,especially in conducting activities, evaluation of projects, and social audit.Mamata has worked across India, especially in the western, southern, and north-western regions. Her expertise includes conceptualization and design of projects, monitoring and evaluation, research and documentation, coordination and networking.
Dr. Moumita has completed her doctoral degree in Health Economics. She is a Development Economist with almost 10 years of experience in research on child survival and other development issues in India. Cross-cutting areas of her research include socioeconomic condition, gender, social class structure and access to service delivery. She has worked in projects funded by DFID, UNICEF, Terre des Hommes, Welthungerhilfe, and PACS. She published 8 scientific papers in international and 4 national publications and 5 working papers, besides several book chapters and popular articles.
He is the Director of Action for Improvement of Food for Child and Mother (AFICM) in the Democratic Republic of the Congo in Africa and is a very well-known name in the field of Mother & Child Health in the region. He has Postgraduate Degrees/Diplomas in several disciplines that include health management, rural development, environment & sustainable development. His organization, working with the Govt. of DRC and other international agencies are pursuing the Universal Health Coverage and Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) in Africa since 2015. He has many national and international level publications in the sectors of Education, Health & Women Empowerment. He has worked extensively in Francophone Africa on Health Research & Communication in RMNCAH. He is a member of many national and international bodies and works closely with AIHMS-Global for its African initiatives.
He is an experienced professional with a demonstrated history of working in the environmental services industry and is highly skilled in Research and Development (R&D) initiatives on Sustainable Development in Life Sciences. Dr. Pati is an expert in development sector with a Doctoral degree from Utkal University (India). He has taught Social Anthropology, Medical Anthropology and Ethnomusicology at Mekelle University, Ethiopia for a couple of years, and currently is the Editor in Chief of the International Journal of Biodiversity Watch. He has worked as an Environmental Consultant to the UNDP Project on mainstreaming of conservation of medicinal plants (2008-2010) and, also has directed 20 major action research projects on biodiversity conservation. He has authored several books on Biodiversity and more than 50 research articles on environmental governance. He is looking after many new initiatives on environment & biodiversity conservation in AIHMS-Global leading to achieving the set-targets of SDGs in India and Africa.
She is a trained Human Rights Specialist from Togo (Africa) who joined AIHMS-Global as a Consultant to oversee the current assignments it gets in Francophone Africa. She has completed her master’s in social sciences and has more than a decade long experience in working on sexual exploitation of children for commercial purposes in West Africa under the sponsorship of WAO-Africa. She has also served as the Deputy Head of Reception Centre for Girls in Togo. She is currently heading the Institute of Youth Power and is working closely with the Ministry of Decentralization and Local Government of Togo, West Africa. She is a certified trainer and researcher in the areas of violence of all forms as well as sexual abuse of children and trafficking. Her expertise in capacity building, monitoring and evaluation on issues of poverty, gender and rights is very well appreciated in that part of the world.
